Why design matters

A booth can be attractive and still fail to do its job.

Most exhibit problems aren't about budget — they're about planning decisions made before the space was ever built.

01

Visitors don't understand what you do

A display can look sharp from across the aisle and still leave attendees unsure what the company actually offers. That gap is usually a messaging and wayfinding problem, not a graphics problem.

02

Traffic flow creates bottlenecks

Counters, displays and furniture placed without a flow plan can congest entry points, block sightlines, or push attendees to walk past without stopping to engage.

03

Square footage gets used inefficiently

A large footprint doesn't guarantee a strong presence. Without deliberate zoning, floor space gets wasted on areas that don't support conversations, product demos or lead capture.

About

A design-first approach to trade show exhibiting.

Trade Show Booth Designer is based in Downtown Dallas and focuses specifically on booth design and custom exhibit planning — not general graphic design or printing.

We work with companies preparing for upcoming shows who want their exhibit to do more than take up floor space: communicate clearly, guide attendee flow, support real conversations, and hold up against every other display on the aisle.

Common questions

Trade show booth design, answered simply.

Booth design is the planning work — layout, visitor flow, branding and messaging. A booth display is the physical structure itself, whether that's a fully custom exhibit, a modular system, or a portable display. Design decisions usually come first and inform which display approach makes sense.

Dallas is our primary market and where we're based, but the design process — layout planning, branding, visitor flow — applies to any exhibition, regardless of city.

An initial design concept based on the information you provide — booth size, goals and any brand materials you share. It's meant to give you a real sense of design direction before deciding on a full engagement. See the free design page for exactly what's included.

Earlier is better, particularly for custom exhibits that require more planning and lead time. If your show date is close, reach out — we can advise on what's realistic.
